Metal blades inset to the building with shuffled windows and deep, cantilevered balconies provide a strong design language, along with a practical solution to shading and privacy.

The custom entrance signage and LED lighting adds a contemporary edge to juxtapose the retro mid-century aesthetic.

“The townhouse was designed as a three-bedroom, but we were able to redesign the upstairs layout to suit our needs. We decided to create a larger master bedroom with a walk-in-robe, and a second bedroom for sleepovers with our grandkids.”
