56 Kingloch Parade Development Plan Approved
The Development Plan for 56 Kingloch Parade Wantirna was formally approved by Knox Council at their meeting on Monday, July 27.
Formerly the Wantirna Heights School, the site was rezoned for housing in 2018, making it one of the few remaining strategic sites for housing in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
The development of 51 townhouses will consist of mostly single and double storey 3 & 4 bedroom homes and a blue-green spine through the central part of the site.
