Kingloch Parade wins the 2022 Best Sustainable Development in Australia award.

Kingloch Parade has won the sustainability category at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2022-2023, being named the Best Sustainable Development in Australia.

It has also been shortlisted as a finalised in the Industry Excellence in Community Engagement category at the 2022 Urban Developer Awards, which will be hosted in August.
